This is Pharrell cruising through Time Square with his top back. time to invest in that hard top convertible homie.....listen about 4 minutes in, people start running to his car and someone screams out "who got shot!!!" Basically everyone at the end was running to figure out if there was a star sighting or a murder seen lmao. Shout out to Lowkey. This guy filled my ipod up in a month with his blog.

Nicole Richie (5 months) was spotted in L.A. leaving Fred Segal after an afternoon of shopping.

Earlier this month Garcelle Beauvias had her baby shower, which was hosted by her good friend, Angie Harmon. When asked about her pregnancy Garcelle gushed, "I can't believe I'm pregnant with twins! Other than seeing my body grow and thinking, 'Will my stomach ever go back?' it's a pretty exciting time," she laughed.

Omar Epps, 34, and wife Keisha Spivey, formerly of the R&B group Total, posed for the cameras during their arrival at the 2007 Creative Arts Emmy Awards in L.A. earlier this month. Keisha is 6 months pregnant.

It was Mya, who, to be fair, was so precariously crammed onto the end of her front-row bleacher that she probably had to concentrate pretty hard on not slipping off and falling on her ass. She made no effort to hide her irritation at this snub and spent the whole show pulling every face in the book (except a decent poker face).

This past week 50 Cent and Kanye West released their albums on the same date creating a Battle Of The Titans.

Call it Deja Vu (maybe) because Mariah Carey and Mary J Blige will be releasing their albums on the same date November 20th, causing quite a ruckus in the R&B community. Some have named this future fued as the "Battle of the Titans II". Both Mariah and MJ's last albums were HIGHLY successful and the promotors of Mariahs' new "unnamed" album is calling this her best album to date.

Mariah better watch her back before Kendu slides through with a shank, he don't play when it comes to Mary, just look at his face.

TMZ is reporting that Orenthal J. Simpson and five other men barged into a hotel room last night, and took various memorabilia once owned by Simpson -- at gunpoint!

Alfred Beardsley, a memorabilia dealer, had secured various items once owned by Simpson. Beardsley has said he had the suit OJ wore the day he was acquitted of murder.Beardsley tells TMZ he had arranged to meet with someone last night who was interested in buying the suit and other Simpson memorabilia.

Beardsley says the man was actually a member of Simpson's crew. He says the men stormed the room, two of them with guns drawn. Beardsley says the men claimed to be police officers. OJ and others demanded that Beardsley and two other men surrender their cell phones. Beardsley refused to do so. Beardsley says the group stole every piece of memorabilia in the room, including items signed by Joe Montana. They also took a case of never-released leather editions of Simpson's book, "I Want to Tell You.

Diddy's ad for his cologne, 'Unforgivable" has been banned from television. The commercial shows Diddy getting too cozy with rapper Ma$e - first in a stairwell, then inside of a hotel room. During the encounter, Diddy hikes up Ma$e's g-string and fondles his manballs and ends with him sucking on Ma$e's perky erect man nipples.

MTV has reportedly sent Diddy a list of edits to make before the network can air the spot. So far, he has refused to change one frame, reports the Post.

I've heard rumors that this movie is just a repeat of, "Diary of a Mad Black Woman, and Madea's Family Reunion." The concepts are all basically the same. Not to forget the painfully bad sitcom, "House of Payne", It's not looking too good for Tyler Perry. But I'm sure fans will flock to see Janet Jackson in her first acting role since Poetic Justice, and singer Jill Scott flourish on the screen.

Yesterday was the day that the world has been waiting for. 'Curtis' and 'Graduation' were both released and fans alike were purchasing albums to boost up sales for their favorite artist. According to iTunes Kanye west is blowing 50 out of the water in online sales/pre-order sales.

With iTunes, West's new album was ranked as the second best seller of the day. On the same site, 50 Cent's album landed in the ninth spot. Still, at local stores, the matchup appeared to be fairly even.

Oprah Winfrey grandly demonstrated her support of Senator Barack Obama last weekend with a lavish celebrity fund-raiser at her California home that collected an estimated $3 million for his presidential campaign. A ticket to get into the fund-raiser cost a measly $2,300.

Barack, a fellow Chicagoan, is the first presidential candidate Oprah has ever endorsed, and the fund-raiser at her home exhibited her clout, at least in Hollywood circles, by drawing Cindy Crawford, Sidney Poitier and Chris Rock.

Foxy Brown Earns Her Streed Cred.

Foxy Brown will spend the next year in Rikers Island jail after breaking the terms of a probation period dating from 2004.

"I'm not going to give you any more chances," Judge Melissa Jackson told 28-year-old Brown. "I hope you turn your life around and never again have to stand in a court of law."

After hearing sentencing, Brown burst in tears and glanced over at her mother who was in court to support her daughter. Brown also faces the prospect of giving birth to her first child behind bars after learning of her pregnancy last month.

From the fist fight between Tommy Lee and Kid Rock, to Kanye West having another one of his moments, I have all the insider info for you pretties!!

Kid Rock and Tommy Lee Fight

The incident began when Lee, who was sitting at P Diddy's table, muttered something to Rock as he walked past him on his way to introduce the final performance. Kid Rock then hit Lee twice before security pulled them apart.

"It looked like Tommy initiated the fight because Kid was ignoring him. Tommy started to antagonise Kid, and then when Tommy stood up Kid hit him first with a backhand. Tommy looked like he was trying to aggressively retaliate and then Kid hit him again.

How you gonna start a fight, then not even get a hit in. Reports are saying this was of course a "jealousy" thing. Kid Rock was married to Tommy Lee's former wife, Pamela Lee Anderson. If you noticed, when Pamela was announcing, Tommy Lee kept yelling things and touching her resulting in her yelling, "STOP IT" in the middle of her introducing the next act.

Diddy DID get hit in the scuffle. While security was putting Tommy Lee in a headlock the security guards accidentally hit Diddy, who was in the middle of trying to break it up, reports are saying that he was involved in the fight but this isn't true.

First, he was upset because he didn't get a chance to perform on the main stage, sources say that:

Kanye was watching the closing performance on a closed-circuit monitor, and he started getting upset," "He started asking anyone who'd listen why he wasn't allowed to perform on the main stage. 'Why did I perform in just a suite?' he was saying. 'Justin's my boy, but even he gets to perform in both a suite and on the main stage? Something's wrong here

At a pre-VMA performance on Friday, West lashed out at Spears and wondered why he wasn't approached to kick off the VMAs. "I can't believe she would perform/ She hasn't had a hit record in years, "I gotta get my money right/ Or maybe I gotta get my skin white."

50 Cents Poolside set was cut short

50's stage was built over one of the pools at the Hard Rock, and some fans actually stood in the water in front of the stage, cheering on 50. During his "I Get Money" set fifty threw out $100 dollar bills causing the fans to go into a riot, some even jumping in the pool to get the money.

When this happened the stage 50 was performing on started to capsize, 50 started urging the fans to move off the stage or else everyone would get electrocuted. 50 continued performing and once again the fans started bombarding the stage so 50 shut down his set and went to Timbaland and Justin Timberlakes suite to perform with them.

Well all know Rihanna can't sing, she even lip syncs "Umbrella" which is probably the easiest song in the world to sing.

So during her second performance of the night in her VMA suite the crooner once again delighted us with a "live" version of 'Umbrella'. Sources say this chick squeeked the whole way through the song, after her 3rd squeek her backround vocals were turned up and she lip synced the rest of the song abruptly leaving the stage quite shaken.

PER-Mother Effin- Formance OF THE YEAR!! Chris Brown tore it up, never once was I a Chris Brown fan until now. He commanded the attention of all the artists in that room during last nights VMA performance, even prompting Justin Timberlake to say, “Nobody likes to be reminded that they’re getting older. And whatever Chris Brown just did reminded me of how I’m getting older – ’cause damn. It’s just exciting to see.

Probably one of the most "uncomfortable" moments of the night was the highly anticipated performance by Britney Spears. It was awkward to watch and you almost felt sorry for the lil beer-bellied pig. Her every move was slow and her facial expressions made you think that she didn't want to be there.

Showing the world that she's no slave to the "Beyonce-itis" that's going around, A.Keys rocked the stage yesterday with an amazing performance of her new song, "No One".. half way through the set she flipped the script and jammed out to George Micheal's, "Freedom." MTV should be kissing the ground her and Chris Brown walk on for saving this years VMA show.

The FINALE!! Timbaland, Nelly Furtado, Keri Hilson and Justin Timberlake got together do perform a medley of songs to close the end of the show!!

Loyal JuiicyScoop reader Mainma sent me a wikipedia article claiming that rap-star Coolio is dead.

According to Wikipedia:

On Tuesday, September 05, 2007, Coolio was found dead on the floor of his Malibu beach home at the age of 44. . The official photo, taken at the scene, showed a naked Coolio, a syringe and burned bottle cap nearby, along with various other narcotics paraphernalia. His official cause of death was acute morphine poisoning caused by an accidental overdose.

Sean (Diddy) Combs denied fathering a baby with an Atlanta woman when we called about it months ago. Now, his ex-girlfriend Kim Porter says not only is it true, but it was a major reason she left him.

The music and fashion mogul was apparently desperate to keep Porter in the dark about the other pregnancy while she herself was pregnant with the couple's twins. Word was he paid the other mother a million dollars in hush money — pocket change to the Bad Boy Records and Sean John clothing company founder.

When Essence magazine reporter Jeannine Amber said to the beauty, "Speaking of being faithful, there have been rumors about Sean and a baby in Atlanta ... Is this why you left the relationship?" Porter admitted, "That definitely was part of it."

I know I know, I've been getting ALOT of slack for not posting anything about the Jena 6 and it had hit me when I was talking to a few friends about it and they had NO idea what I was talking about. So for those who are IN the loop a judge vacated one of two convictions against Mychal Bell.

Mychal Bell, 17, faces up to 22 years in prison after his aggravated battery conviction.

Defense lawyers argued -- and 28th Judicial District Court Judge J.P. Mauffray Jr. agreed -- that a charge of conspiracy to commit second-degree aggravated battery should have been brought against Mychal Bell in juvenile court rather than adult court.

But he left standing Bell's conviction on a second-degree aggravated battery charge.
The teen's attorneys said they would file an emergency appeal and ask for a stay of Bell's September 20 sentencing date until the appellate court rules.

After crying a river when Rosie O'Donnell was kicked off and hating every other co-host they had, I was surprised to find out that the new co-host of 'The View' would be Whoopi. Pissed at the world because they allowed a 48 year old man be a co-host I was sort of relieved when she started her first day off with a little bit of controversy. Whoops went were no white-women would go and started yapping about the Mike Vick controversy, most notably, defending his actions. During her rant she went on to say:

"You know from his background this is not an unusual thing for where he comes from," said Goldberg.

"There are certain things that are indicative to certain parts of our country."

Co-host Joy Behar seemed shocked at Goldberg's statements."How about dog torture and dog murdering," Behar asked.

"Unfortunately it's part of the thing," Goldberg replied.

"You're a dog lover. For a lot of people dogs are sport," she added.

Behar continued to shake her head in disgust.Goldberg said it seemed to her that it took a while for Vick to realize that the charges against him were serious. "It seemed like a light went off in his head when he realized that this was something the entire country really didn't appreciated, didn't like," Goldberg said, referring to Vick's guilty plea.

She said if the case had involved somebody from New York City her feelings would have been different. Goldberg pointed out that Vick was raised in the South. "This is part of his cultural upbringing," said Goldberg."

Shaq Files For Divorce; Says Wife Has Been "Secretive About Her Assets"

After nearly five years of marriage and four children together, Shaquille O'Neal filed for divorce from his wife Shaunie in Miami on Tuesday. "The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken," reads the petition, which was filed by O'Neal's lawyer, Ira Elegant, in Miami-Dade Circuit Court on Tuesday. It is not known who is representing Shaunie.

O'Neal also says in the petition that Shaunie has been "secretive about her assets ... particularly with respect to certain properties owned or titled in either [her] name alone or in other entities" and requests that the court require Shaunie to give a "correct accounting of all money, funds, stocks, bonds, and other securities (including bearer securities)" acquired during the marriage.

Shaq recommends that his wife be "primary residential custodian" of their children and asks for "liberal rights of visitation."

Daaaammmnn. What Shaunie did is what hundreds of women SHOULD be doing, keeping a lil something something for themselves. How many times do you see men divorcing their "homemaker" wives to only leave them broke as hell. I can't fault homegirl for what she did, I can only applaud her. Lil Kim was briefly detained by police in Manhattan on Thursday for driving without her license or plates on her car.

According to sources, Kim was pulled over on the corner of 51st Street and 11th Avenue in a black Lamborghini that she told them was a gift from somebody in California that she received that day.

The cops discovered that a summons had been issued against the car in California when somebody was stopped driving it without license plates there as well. While the cops were investigating, Kim’s attorney arrived and the officers allowed him to drive the vehicle away. Kim was not issued any summons during the incident.

Now... word is the Lamborghini was a gift from none other than Brandys kid-brother, and Kims alleged lover, Ray-J. If you remember a few months ago Ray was photographed whisking Whitney Houston away after a romantic dinner date in the same ride.

A few weeks ago I had posted that there were open auditions searching for that certain someone to be casted as the Notorios B.I.G in a future Biopic film about his life.

As of now media outlets are reporting that the spot has been filled by the very annoying Sean Kingston, the crooner of the super duper annoying song, 'Beautiful Girls'.

According to MTV.uk Kingston will fill the late rappers shoes in an as-yet-untitled film being produced by Sean Diddy Combs and directed by George Tillman.

"When I first heard about that movie, it was through management, Kingston said. My management told me about it and you know I had auditioned for it and I met with the director and I nailed it and he gave me a shot now at being in the movie."

I just don't understand this boy. He talks like he's from Brooklyn, sings like he's from Jamaica, and reps Miami. Shit I forget who I'm listening to half of the time.

This is music to my ears, although I'm all for a person going to rehab if they have problems I feel this brings out a writers passion. Amy Winehouse was stoned on majority of the songs she recorded and she came out with a MASTERPEICE. If Snoop D-O-Double-G can do it, why can't Mrs. Winehouse.

But outside of the studio her world does seem to be falling apart, most fans don't realize it but Amy is struggling with major depression and very very low self-esteem . In a recent interview she did with the London Mirror she magnified the extent of her alarmingly low self image and worth by telling the magazine:

"Look at me, I'm a mess. I'm nothing special," she sniffled to the paper. "In fact I'm nothing at all. I don't feel good. I don't have talent."

What's more, she continued tearfully, "I'm nothing without my husband. I love him so much sometimes it hurts. I owe him everything. Without him I would be nothing, which is why it is so important we are together right now." If he doesn't go to rehab, I won't go. I can't do it without him".

"I can't believe he even wants to be with me," she disparages. "I don't understand why. All I know is I'm the luckiest girl alive to have someone as caring as Blake ...

Poor Amy, she has also pulled out of performing during the MTV Video Music awards, as well as all of her other U.S. Gigs. She's not in re-hab but her record label feels she needs some "Amy" time. I guess me putting up the most horrible picture of her on vacation doesn't help with her self-esteem either. Blah.

DMX In Rehab?

Further details have emerged in the DMX case from this past weekend as authorities who raided the rapper's Arizona home have revealed that they found three dog carcasses and suspected illegal narcotics.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio told The Arizona Republic that the illegal narcotics were found inside a locked master bedroom and preliminary tests indicate that its either cocaine or methamphetamine. The three dog carcasses were unearthed from the backyard; two were in bags and another appeared to have been burned.

DMX's attorney, Murray Richman, claims he had no knowledge of any narcotics at his client's home and divulged that the dogs were looked after by a caretaker and various people who had been staying at the home.

DMX claims he hasn't been at the residence for 2 months. Rumors are flying that he is having "Jesus Time" in LA. He has allegedly been locked up in re-hab for the past 2 months.

Nick Hogan Involved In Car Accident

Nick Hogan, the son of Hulk Hogan was involved in a VERY serious car accident yesterday night.

According to FOXNEWS the Toyota Supra was traveling at a high rate of speed at approximately 7:30 p.m., Hogan lost control and hit a raised median. The car flipped around, and the back end hit a palm tree.

"The car was destroyed," said a spectator

Hogan and an unidentified male passenger were extricated from the car by paramedics. Then they were airlifted to Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg. Their official conditions were not immediately available, but the police described the injuries of both men as serious.

Nicole Richie surrendered herself following a July 27 arrest, she was sentenced to serve 96 hours in County Jail. Miss Richie was booked at 3:15 p.m. She was then processed into the jail system. Nicole was cooperative during the process. Based on her sentence and federal court guidelines, she was released at 4:37 PM today.

She only served 35 MINUTES!

On to Lindsay Lohan...

Lindsay Lohan's lawyer pulled off one of the biggest legal feats since the O.J. trial .Lohan faced years in prison if convicted and charged with a felony. But mega-lawyer Blair Berk was able to negotiate with the D.A. and literally turn Lindsay's jail sentence into a revolving door.

She just struck a deal by pleading no contest to two counts of DUI (driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher). By law, Lohan becomes a second offender (with two DUIs) and must serve a minimum of four days in jail. But the judge cut that in half by ordering her to perform 10 days of community service in lieu of two of the days. He also gave Lindsay one day credit for time served when she was busted. That means she gets a grand total of one day in jail.

Lohan also pleaded guilty to two counts of being under the influence of a controlled substance (two separate incidents) -- both misdemeanors. She also pleaded no contest to reckless driving.

Where does this leave Foxy Brown?? Still in jail until Sept.7 for violating her probation. No drinking, no DUI's, no drugs were involved, she just smacked a broad in the head with a Blackberry. This is no way to treat the handicap.

A New York club waitress got a taste of D-list attitude when she encountered the infamous "New York". According to the waitress the Flavor of Love finalist, Tiffany Patterson, was acting like a diva at club 'Home' on Tuesday night.

The waitress went on to say that New York was acting "racist, overrated, and crazy." The staffer, who is white, continued: "I went to her table and told her I think she's so cute and funny. You almost forget that Solange is a singer. After trying to revive her singing career by re-releasing her first album Daddy Knowles got Solange on the roster to perform at the R&B Live Concert Series at Spotlight Live in NYC yesterday.

I've heard mixed reviews from this concert. Some say she did a very good job and some say she was horrible. Either way, she will always be compared to her big sister.

Eddie Griffin, who played five seasons in the NBA died last week when the sports-utility vehicle he was driving collided with a moving train in Houston, authorities said. He was 25.

Griffin disregarded a warning signal, drove through a railroad arm and struck the side of a moving freight train on Aug. 17, according to a news release from the Houston Police Department. Griffin's vehicle was consumed by flames. Dental comparisons were used today to identify Griffin, whose body was badly burned in the crash .

Griffin made off-court notoriety in gossip blogs when he was arrested for crashing into a convenience store last year. Griffin was allegedly watching porn and masterbating before crashing is Escalade into a a local convenience store.

Fox Boogie Brown is allegedly 3 months pregnant and is scheduled to be married within the next month. This all comes after the judge ordered Foxy Brown to the custody of the state,and threw her in jail until her next hearing. Could this be a publicity stunt?

Brown had been on probation on assault charges, but two incidents in recent weeks violated her probation, thus leading Judge Jackson to send Foxy to jail.

Let me get this right, Foxy gets thrown in the jail for violating her probation on the same day of her court date. BUT Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton have done the same and it took atleast 4 months for them to even see a Judge. Bitch should have just fled to rehab like the rest of them.
