If you listened to Jay's mother she said that she hit him for being loud banging on the table and rapping. I think she did that for his birthday or something. Everyone always thinks that she is stuck up or something but by this video you can see her sense of humor.
Yeah it is! Its from a video she did to Jay-Z's "December 4th". The video is pretty cute/funny, but I haven't seen it in a quick minute!
