I am new to the Atlanta area and I have been diagnosed with Alopecia. I was desperate to buy a wig because I was experiencing hair loss. I fould Atlanta Custom Hair online ans scheduled an appointment. To make a long story short, Melanie sold me a lace wig that was too small!!She told me that the wig would fit me "snug" but it will work. When I left the I paid over $800 for the wig and application. After two days, the wig came off, glue and hair was stuck to the side of my face. I called Melanie and she told me to ask one of my friends to help me put it on. Everytime I think about my experience that I had at that salon, I want to scream. She took advantage of my situation!! If you are reading this message, do yourself a favor & don't buy anything from Atlanta Custom Hair. I will be filing a claim with the BBB and I will let anyone and everyone know about the poor customer service and lack of professionalism at Atlanta Custom Hair.
