C.Milian was recently spotted shopping in Beverly Hills yesterday before her "Pulse" release party.. TMZ was crazy enough to actually get a copy of her receipt (click here to see the receipt). All I know is that this mess better come to and end fast, she's already been D-list and before you know it she'll be standing in line next to Shaniqua waiting for that welfare check.
