Where's The "Free Inga" T-Shirts?

Nicole Richie surrendered herself following a July 27 arrest, she was sentenced to serve 96 hours in County Jail. Miss Richie was booked at 3:15 p.m. She was then processed into the jail system. Nicole was cooperative during the process. Based on her sentence and federal court guidelines, she was released at 4:37 PM today.

She only served 35 MINUTES!

On to Lindsay Lohan...

Lindsay Lohan's lawyer pulled off one of the biggest legal feats since the O.J. trial .Lohan faced years in prison if convicted and charged with a felony. But mega-lawyer Blair Berk was able to negotiate with the D.A. and literally turn Lindsay's jail sentence into a revolving door.

She just struck a deal by pleading no contest to two counts of DUI (driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher). By law, Lohan becomes a second offender (with two DUIs) and must serve a minimum of four days in jail. But the judge cut that in half by ordering her to perform 10 days of community service in lieu of two of the days. He also gave Lindsay one day credit for time served when she was busted. That means she gets a grand total of one day in jail.

Lohan also pleaded guilty to two counts of being under the influence of a controlled substance (two separate incidents) -- both misdemeanors. She also pleaded no contest to reckless driving.

Where does this leave Foxy Brown?? Still in jail until Sept.7 for violating her probation. No drinking, no DUI's, no drugs were involved, she just smacked a broad in the head with a Blackberry. This is no way to treat the handicap.

Vivica Fox's Birthday Troubles.

Our favorite plastic surgery victim Vivica Fox celebrated her 43rd birthday last Tuesday. Poor Vivi couldn't catch a break. Rumor has it that she was the ONLY celeb (if you would call her that) that came to the party, D-listers weren't even there.

Things started off bad when the Rolls-Royce Phantom that was scheduled to pick her up and take her to her party failed to apppear. Her dinner companion, Star Jones, had dropped her off instead.

Secondly, Remy MA showed up in the SAME dress the birthday girl was wearing. It was said that Remy was escorted away by security because of her legal problems, but others believe it reason was because the broad was rocking Vivi's outfit and you know Vivi wasn't having that.

The next day, a check for Vivi's $2,500 appearance fee was rejected by her bank because it was drawn on a closed account.

Omar Epps and Wife Expecting

Omar Epps, who is best known as Dr. Eric Foreman on House, and his wife Keisha Spivey are expecting their second child together. The pregnancy hasn't been announced but I'm thinking that bulge in her midsection isn't a gas bubble. This will be the second child for the couple who already have a daughter K'mari Mae, 3 together.

New York Is Mean and Racist.

A New York club waitress got a taste of D-list attitude when she encountered the infamous "New York". According to the waitress the Flavor of Love finalist, Tiffany Patterson, was acting like a diva at club 'Home' on Tuesday night.

The waitress went on to say that New York was acting "racist, overrated, and crazy." The staffer, who is white, continued: "I went to her table and told her I think she's so cute and funny. Then I went to shake her hand and she looked me up and down, laughed at me and said she had a cold. But immediately after, she shook the hand of another waitress, who is black."

Next, New York caused a scene when she demanded to see new drink glasses coming from the bar directly to her. "She told me someone drugs her drinks when she's not looking," the waitress said. When the staff told her it was impossible, New York began sending her bodyguard over to fetch her cocktails, while bottles of vodka sat on her table. "She acted like a rude, nasty pig all night, all night,"

New York responded back with "oink oink bitch".

In her frankest interview ever, the Spice Girl has opened her heart to HELLO!, talking intimately about her relationship, their secret wedding, and her hopes for the future – including her wish that Angel Iris, her four-month-old baby by film star Eddie Murphy, will get to know her father.

Speaking during a family holiday in Las Vegas, the exclusive interview, published on Tuesday August 21, reveals a remarkably composed and contented Mel B, happily posing for a series of stunning colour photos with her husband and her two daughters, Angel and eight-year-old Phoenix Chi.

Speaking for the first time about her new love, the Leeds-born performer recalls how she fell for the man she calls "her best buddy" and talks about film producer Stephen's relationship with his three-year-old, Gisele. "When you see a man around his daughter and they're so hands on… it's just gorgeous," she says.

Looking radiant and trim, the singer describes how Stephen's proposal - two months after Angel's birth - took her by surprise. "I took one big, deep breath and said, 'Yes'," she recalls, "as well as going, 'Thank you, God! Don't let me down a third time'."

She Ain't No Beyonce...

You almost forget that Solange is a singer. After trying to revive her singing career by re-releasing her first album Daddy Knowles got Solange on the roster to perform at the R&B Live Concert Series at Spotlight Live in NYC yesterday.

I've heard mixed reviews from this concert. Some say she did a very good job and some say she was horrible. Either way, she will always be compared to her big sister.

Tango & Mr. Boston's Own Reality Show.

Tango and Mr.Boston from "I Love NY" will star in their own reality tv series.

In a recent intervew with AOL Tango was quoted as saying: Our project is going to focus on our relationship; me being more urban and I guess a lot of people say a cooler type of person and you have the total opposite in him,”

On another note, remember at the end of the show reunion show when Tango dissed NY and walked off the stage and NY proceeded to tell the world that Tango had a small peen?? Well this just might be true. Porn star Heather Hunter confirmed that Tango was a big man with a small package.....

R.I.P Eddie Griffin

Eddie Griffin, who played five seasons in the NBA died last week when the sports-utility vehicle he was driving collided with a moving train in Houston, authorities said. He was 25.

Griffin disregarded a warning signal, drove through a railroad arm and struck the side of a moving freight train on Aug. 17, according to a news release from the Houston Police Department. Griffin's vehicle was consumed by flames. Dental comparisons were used today to identify Griffin, whose body was badly burned in the crash .

Griffin made off-court notoriety in gossip blogs when he was arrested for crashing into a convenience store last year. Griffin was allegedly watching porn and masterbating before crashing is Escalade into a a local convenience store.

Foxy Brown Pregnant??

Fox Boogie Brown is allegedly 3 months pregnant and is scheduled to be married within the next month. This all comes after the judge ordered Foxy Brown to the custody of the state,and threw her in jail until her next hearing. Could this be a publicity stunt?

Brown had been on probation on assault charges, but two incidents in recent weeks violated her probation, thus leading Judge Jackson to send Foxy to jail.

Let me get this right, Foxy gets thrown in the jail for violating her probation on the same day of her court date. BUT Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton have done the same and it took atleast 4 months for them to even see a Judge. Bitch should have just fled to rehab like the rest of them.

Want To See R.Kelly's Sextape!?!

If you are the one of the 4 people who's never seen the R.Kelly sex tape you just might get your chance. The judge in Kelz pornography trial upheld his earlier ruling to allow the media and public to see the videotape that allegedly shows the singer having sex and peeing on the underage girl.

During a hearing Tuesday, prosecutors urged the Judge to reverse his ruling, arguing that making the tape public would re-victimize the girl, But he refused to reconsider, noting that the girl who prosecutors believe is in the video has claimed that it isn't her. The judge said if the girl had said she was the victim, he would not allow the video to be shown in open court.

Who is this girl!? I bet it wasn't even a girl, it was probably Prince.
