OJ is A Suspect.. Again
TMZ is reporting that Orenthal J. Simpson and five other men barged into a hotel room last night, and took various memorabilia once owned by Simpson -- at gunpoint!Alfred Beardsley, a memorabilia dealer, had secured various items once owned by Simpson. Beardsley has said he had the suit OJ wore the day he was acquitted of murder.Beardsley tells TMZ he had arranged to meet with someone last night who was interested in buying the suit and other Simpson memorabilia.
Beardsley says the man was actually a member of Simpson's crew. He says the men stormed the room, two of them with guns drawn. Beardsley says the men claimed to be police officers. OJ and others demanded that Beardsley and two other men surrender their cell phones. Beardsley refused to do so. Beardsley says the group stole every piece of memorabilia in the room, including items signed by Joe Montana. They also took a case of never-released leather editions of Simpson's book, "I Want to Tell You.
Rumor Control: Paula Patton Preggers?
While looking for a parking spot at my local Christie's Toy box, don't judge me, I heard on the FM that Paula Patton and Robin Thicke are expecting their first child. Now this could be completely a rumor, just like the rumor of J.Lo being pregnant but if this is true I would like to wish the happy couple a congrats on their little mulatto ray of sunshine!
And since we are talking about pregnant peeps, Halle Berry was spotted bringing a box of yummies to a sick friend at the UCLA hospital yesterday.

Another Kim K Sex Tape?

Sequins are IN!!
Yes, Sequins are in this year, you can easily find them in your grandmothers or even mothers closet which makes them ultra vintage and anything that's vintage is of course trendy. I searched and searched on articles covering this repeating trend and lucked up on my very own blogroll partner Sylvia who runs the VERY fabulous fashion blog, I Like Her Style! She has the revival of the ' Sequin' covered from left to right!
According to the blog diva, Sequins are nothing new but they’ve made a resurgence on the Spring 2008 runway shows, including Marc Jacobs, Tracy Reese and Badgley Mischika and now celebrities are wearing them too. Whether it’s tiny sequins like on Kimora Lee Simmons or Paula Patton’s dress or huge ones like singer Keri Hilson, sequins add zing to any outfit. Keep the look from looking Vegas-like by sticking to black, if you must add color take a leaf out of Joy Bryant’s book. The silk flowers are divine.

Diddy's ad for his cologne, 'Unforgivable" has been banned from television. The commercial shows Diddy getting too cozy with rapper Ma$e - first in a stairwell, then inside of a hotel room. During the encounter, Diddy hikes up Ma$e's g-string and fondles his manballs and ends with him sucking on Ma$e's perky erect man nipples.MTV has reportedly sent Diddy a list of edits to make before the network can air the spot. So far, he has refused to change one frame, reports the Post.

Tyler Perry's "Why Did I Get Married" Poster
Here's a new poster for Tyler Perry's upcoming film, "Why Did I Get Married". There has been a lot of buzz going on about this movie, and not the good kind might I add. I've heard rumors that this movie is just a repeat of, "Diary of a Mad Black Woman, and Madea's Family Reunion." The concepts are all basically the same. Not to forget the painfully bad sitcom, "House of Payne", It's not looking too good for Tyler Perry. But I'm sure fans will flock to see Janet Jackson in her first acting role since Poetic Justice, and singer Jill Scott flourish on the screen.The movie is to set to hit theatres on Oct.12

Yesterday was the day that the world has been waiting for. 'Curtis' and 'Graduation' were both released and fans alike were purchasing albums to boost up sales for their favorite artist. According to iTunes Kanye west is blowing 50 out of the water in online sales/pre-order sales.
With iTunes, West's new album was ranked as the second best seller of the day. On the same site, 50 Cent's album landed in the ninth spot. Still, at local stores, the matchup appeared to be fairly even.

Foxy Brown Earns Her Streed Cred.

From the fist fight between Tommy Lee and Kid Rock, to Kanye West having another one of his moments, I have all the insider info for you pretties!! 
50's stage was built over one of the pools at the Hard Rock, and some fans actually stood in the water in front of the stage, cheering on 50. During his "I Get Money" set fifty threw out $100 dollar bills causing the fans to go into a riot, some even jumping in the pool to get the money.
When asked about Britney's performance Timbo replied back with it's okay...it was kinda dull, kinda flatline."
Well all know Rihanna can't sing, she even lip syncs "Umbrella" which is probably the easiest song in the world to sing.
Kid Rock and Tommy Lee Fight
The incident began when Lee, who was sitting at P Diddy's table, muttered something to Rock as he walked past him on his way to introduce the final performance. Kid Rock then hit Lee twice before security pulled them apart.
"It looked like Tommy initiated the fight because Kid was ignoring him. Tommy started to antagonise Kid, and then when Tommy stood up Kid hit him first with a backhand. Tommy looked like he was trying to aggressively retaliate and then Kid hit him again.
How you gonna start a fight, then not even get a hit in. Reports are saying this was of course a "jealousy" thing. Kid Rock was married to Tommy Lee's former wife, Pamela Lee Anderson. If you noticed, when Pamela was announcing, Tommy Lee kept yelling things and touching her resulting in her yelling, "STOP IT" in the middle of her introducing the next act.
Diddy DID get hit in the scuffle. While security was putting Tommy Lee in a headlock the security guards accidentally hit Diddy, who was in the middle of trying to break it up, reports are saying that he was involved in the fight but this isn't true.
Kanye Wests multiple "Bitch-Fits".
First, he was upset because he didn't get a chance to perform on the main stage, sources say that:
Kanye was watching the closing performance on a closed-circuit monitor, and he started getting upset," "He started asking anyone who'd listen why he wasn't allowed to perform on the main stage. 'Why did I perform in just a suite?' he was saying. 'Justin's my boy, but even he gets to perform in both a suite and on the main stage? Something's wrong here
At a pre-VMA performance on Friday, West lashed out at Spears and wondered why he wasn't approached to kick off the VMAs. "I can't believe she would perform/ She hasn't had a hit record in years, "I gotta get my money right/ Or maybe I gotta get my skin white."

Sources say this chick squeeked the whole way through the song, after her 3rd squeek her backround vocals were turned up and she lip synced the rest of the song abruptly leaving the stage quite shaken.

VMA Weekend MANIA!!- The Performances
PER-Mother Effin- Formance OF THE YEAR!! Chris Brown tore it up, never once was I a Chris Brown fan until now. He commanded the attention of all the artists in that room during last nights VMA performance, even prompting Justin Timberlake to say, “Nobody likes to be reminded that they’re getting older. And whatever Chris Brown just did reminded me of how I’m getting older – ’cause damn. It’s just exciting to see.
Probably one of the most "uncomfortable" moments of the night was the highly anticipated performance by Britney Spears. It was awkward to watch and you almost felt sorry for the lil beer-bellied pig. Her every move was slow and her facial expressions made you think that she didn't want to be there.
Showing the world that she's no slave to the "Beyonce-itis" that's going around, A.Keys rocked the stage yesterday with an amazing performance of her new song, "No One".. half way through the set she flipped the script and jammed out to George Micheal's, "Freedom." MTV should be kissing the ground her and Chris Brown walk on for saving this years VMA show.
