Tiny and T.I. Suffer Stillbirth

T.I. and former fiancee and singer Tiny lost their baby in a stillbirth yesterday. Tiny was 6 months pregnant and was due in June. The baby was a girl and was their second child together. Tiny is recovering at an Atlanta hospital. Just a few days I posted that the couple declared that they were ending their relationship.

Sad sad news, my condolences go out to Tiny, T.I. and family.

This Is How Stella Is Getting Her Groove Back

By suing her husband for $40 million.

"Terry McMillan is suing her ex-husband for $40 million, claiming that he ruined her reputation during their 2005 divorce. McMillan, 55, whose best-selling book How Stella Got Her Groove Back is about a May-December romance, divorced Jonathan Plummer, 32, after he disclosed that he was gay. The author – who famously confronted her ex on Oprah in 2005 – claimed their marriage was "based on deceit" and accused the native Jamaican of marrying her for money and U.S. citizenship. Besides Plummer, McMillan is also suing his lawyer, Dolores Sargent, for allegedly tarnishing her reputation, the Associated Press reports. "

According to my legality training from Judge Joe Brown she probably will get nada.

Aunt Vivi Arrested ..

Vivica A. Fox has been released from jail after she was arrested for investigation of driving under the influence in Los Angeles. CHP Officer Leland Tang says the 42-year-old actress was pulled over about 11 p.m. Tuesday night after her Cadillac SRX passed a patrol car on the Hollywood Freeway at 80 miles per hour -- 15 miles above the speed limit. Tang says Fox was arrested after failing a field sobriety test. She was taken to Van Nuys jail and submitted to two breathalyzer tests. Fox was cited and released, and authorities will submit the case to the Los Angeles City Attorney's office.

Michael Vick's New Restaurant

It's called The Tasting Room (located in Suburban Atlanta) and is a new, classy, sophisticated place for people who love good wine. Vick's an investor in the restaurant, and says its part of an effort to establish more of a connection with the community.

"Maybe this will offset some of that attention I've been getting, whether positive or negative. It's good for people to see that I'm giving back to the community, where people can see me trying to do something that's positive. There's a lot of people speculating about things I do that are not so positive."

A winery you say? I'm sure his best sellers are Boones Farms and Mad Dog 20/20.

The loud, obnoxious, crazy ass judge in the Anna Nicole Smith paternity case has been summoned to court for smoking that reefer in a park. According to TMZ

"We're told Judge Korda was at Stanley Goldman Park in Hollywood, Florida at 2:00 PM yesterday. Two officers smelled marijuana in the air, which led them to Judge Korda sitting on a bench, allegedly smoking weed."

This case is for the birds, you couldn't make this stuff up.

For the 1,284,383 time T.I. and his very pregnant fiance' ,Tiny have split up, amicably of course:

"She's still a part of my life," he explained the turn their relationship has taken. "I love her to death. Her children is still my children, my children are still her children," he said (both have kids from previous relationships). "We want each other to be happy. It's nothing she did and it's nothing I did."

Next week they'll be back together.

Oh My Raven

My Raven Baxter is finally growing up and shedding that baby weight that we thought she'd keep forever. Word is she's even hitting up the club scene now. I'll poke my eyes out with hotdog buns if I ever find out she's sexing up boys.

Also Raven is teaming up with Martin Lawrence for the Disney comedy "College Road Trip" and will start production this summer. I guess she just can't leave that Disney ish alone.
