Aftermath of Brandy's Crash
TMZ has obtained footage of the aftermath of Brandy's car crash that resulted in the death of a woman. The California Highway Patrol has recommended that singer-actress Brandy be prosecuted for misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter. As you may remember I reported a couple of days ago that Brandy was driving her Land Rover down an interstate she failed to notice that traffic had slowed and struck the back of a Honda that killed Awatef Aboudihaj, 38
The source adds that the California Highway Patrol believes Brandy "was just going too fast" and "was the person at fault." If convicted, Brandy could face one year in L.A. County Jail and a $1,000 fine.
Wow, only 1 year for killing someone. I know people who have gotten caught with drugs who have gotten 26 years. That's the American Justice system for ya.
