Whenever there is "bad" news about Beyonce it always has to do with her stealing someone's song. TMZ has reported that a lawsuit has been filed yesterday against B claiming that she never had the clearence to record the God-awful song "Still in Love (Kissing You) which was originally recorded by R&B singer De'sree. If you don't remember Des'ree she was a one hit wonder with her smash hit "Gotta Be" in 1994."In the lawsuit, Des'ree and her reps claim that Beyoncé, along with her record company people, originally tried to work out a deal to use the song. When they weren't satisfied with the proposed terms -- which included not being able to change the title or make a music video for the song -- Beyoncé allegedly blew off copyright law completely, and recorded the song and video without permission. "The song is included on her re-released album B-Day, and just because I love you guys like a step child here is the music video for the song!
